20 youths on 23/01/2026 graduated in  hairdressing trade   at JOC Kigali VTC,for the  support of RTB ( Rwanda TVET Board) in NEET ( Not in Education, Not in Employment, Not in Training ) project  . The graduates thanked RTV and JOC Kigali VTC for the training they received, which benefited them and they immediately found jobs after completing the training because what they learned was relevant to the job market.

They also assured those who helped them that they would also contribute to the development of the country by creating jobs that would provide employment to others.
